Glenn Davila is the leader and driving force behind the dynamic team at Performance Marketing. An award-winning, accomplished marketing professional with a rich history of delivering exceptional results, he serves as the primary conduit for client services. His multi-faceted, brand-centric tactics ensure that key messages remain fresh and relevant.

He takes a hands-on approach in all aspects of the business and is the primary client contact, Creative Director and senior copywriter. Glenn holds a BA in Communications from Trenton State College (The College of New Jersey) and an MA in Corporate Communications from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh.

Kelly excels in fostering thriving client partnerships, drawing from over a decade of expertise in healthcare and higher education fundraising and marketing at Stockton University, Thomas Jefferson University, and Jefferson Health. Her comprehensive skillset includes annual giving, persuasive communications, strategic marketing initiatives, meticulous data management, talent cultivation, and fiscal stewardship. As a distinguished alumna holding a bachelor’s degree in criminology from The College of New Jersey and a Master of Arts in Public Policy from Monmouth University, Kelly is an invaluable asset adept at navigating the complexities of modern marketing.

Ron manages PM’s signage division from initial design to final execution. He holds a BFA from Temple University’s Tyler College of Art and has over 35 years of experience in sales and marketing in the signage industry. Previously as Vice President of Otter Creek Imaging, Ron managed operations for large format printing, dimensional signs, tradeshow displays and billboard production. He also headed the print department at The Gotham Group and was a Senior Illustrator at Ocean Atlantic Textile Screen-printing.

Gail keeps the traffic flowing at PM, managing all aspects of production. Her role includes assigning jobs, timelines and budgets for design, production, print and delivery. Gail came to Performance Marketing, with over two decades in Production/Traffic experience with several advertising agencies throughout South Jersey. Her overall knowledge of advertising, marketing, time management and sharp attention to detail, ensures the team’s goals and client’s needs are met, delivering quality service that saves clients’ time and money.

Amy Phillips is a graduate of Towson University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication, minor in Media/Film, and concentration in Journalism. She worked as a television news reporter for ABC and Fox News and traveled as an NCAA broadcaster for D1 Athletics. Outside of being Chief of Staff at Performance Marketing and Signage, Amy is involved in the Miss America Organization as a former contestant and current volunteer. She continues to advocate for her pageant platform, Career Kickstart, to prepare students for the workforce, and was recently recognized as Governor Murphy’s Volunteer of the Year for Service to Youth.

Caroline is a marketing professional with a passion for community-driven impact and brand storytelling. As Marketing Program Coordinator at Performance Marketing, she manages campaigns, develops content, and supports program execution that connects brands with their audiences in meaningful ways. With a background in community outreach at the Center for Family Services and hands-on experience in education, Caroline brings a unique perspective to audience engagement and relationship-building. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Rutgers University–New Brunswick and excels in communication, organization, and collaborative strategy.

As a Marketing Program Coordinator at Performance Marketing and Signage, Pauline Klimsza supports clients through social media marketing, content creation, and research that connects brands with the audiences that matter most to them.

Pauline holds a bachelor’s degree in international business and will be pursuing a master’s in marketing and communication at ESCP Business School in Paris beginning Fall 2026. Outside of her work at Performance Marketing, Pauline is an avid traveler who has lived in South Korea, Indonesia, and Peru, an experience that shapes her global perspective and creative approach to every project.
